This 5K is more than a race; it's a catalyst for positive change. Participants leave not only with a finisher's medal but with a renewed commitment to their well-being. Wellness and Healthy Lifestyle is important. This isn't just an event; it's a movement, inspiring a community to run towards a healthier, happier future. Traditionally, this event is held on the Saturday afternoon before the official marathon.

Starting Location: Queen’s Park Savannah
Distance: 3.1 miles (5km)
Route Information - Starting point: Dere Street QPS,
Ending Point: White Hall.
Race starts at Dere Street, runners make one lap of QPS and finish at White Hall.
Number of water stops: 2
This is the official race for the TTIM. This race was created for elite and competitive runners across the globe. The race was structured to provide a platform for healthy competition for local and international runners with a love for distance running.
The Trinidad and Tobago International Marathon 42nd edition returns with one (1) start time of 4:30AM. Having removed the early start for the physically challenged and walkers, the new time will allow for sufficient completion time for all participants. Factors implementing this change include: recent high temperatures worldwide and our tropical climate.

Starting Location: Queen’s Park Savannah
Distance: 26.2 miles (42.2km)
Route Information - Starting point: White Hall QPS - race proceeds around the savannah in a clockwise direction onto Dundonald street, proceed to South Quay then head easterly onto the Priority Bus Route where runners will make a specified U turn 500 metres after Dinsley Road traffic lights and return on the same course where upon approaching QPS, runners take a left turn and return to the Finish Line at White Hall.
Ending Point: White Hall
Number of water stops: 24
For those runners who are less inclined for the full marathon but would still like to take up the challenge and complete a distance running course.
The Half Marathon allows the individual to achieve his/her personal goals for this distance with healthy competition amongst the running fraternity.

Time: 5:00 A.M.
Starting Location: at the 13.1 mile mark on the Priority Bus Route, at the Dinsley Road traffic lights.
Runners must make their way to the Start Point.
Distance: 13.1 miles (21.1km)
Route Information -
The course follows the exact route of the full marathon, however from the halfway 13.1 mile (21.1km) point. Runners proceed in an Easterly direction for 500 meters where they make a U turn and return back west to the QPS.
Ending Point: White Hall, Queens Park Savannah
Number of water stops: 12 appox.
The course starts and ends at the Queen’s Park Savannah (opposite Whitehall) and utilizes the bus route (closed off from vehicular traffic). Participants proceed north and make their way around the savannah before turning left unto Dundonald street. The course continues in a southernly direction until Independence Square, where the athletes turn left then right and left again to make their way unto South Quay. The route heads east with a transition unto the bus route at Viera Road and continues along the bus route until the turning point near Orange Grove after the Worldwide Missionary Movement. Upon returning to Port of Spain participants turn right unto Abercromby street then left unto Gordon and right once more unto Chancery lane to reach the Queens Park Savannah, continuing in a westerly direction to finish at Whitehall.
The TTIM Half Marathon will commence at the 13.1 mile marker, then follow the full course as the marathon, back to the Queens Park Savannah
